Today we had unscheluded downtime of aprox 4 hours. Lost electricity.
UPS which we have now, couldn't suply the electricity for so long.
Electrical company was doing some maintainance works and failed to notify us that there will be a scheduled power outhage. They said that i'll happen once a year every year from now on. Oh well.

Today our main server lost electricity two times.

We recently have had some site problems.
They were ALL fixed!

If the response to our mailings for people to add description of their work to our programs was .. well .. too mutch.

The limit of concurent connections was also reached. And we got 1000's of descriptions to fix (add links and such) and publish. It's gonna take a couple of days for all of them to show up in tv.isg.si program.

The limit talked about before of max. 2 concurrent downloads was implemented.
Here comes the good news.
Speed limit was disabled! ;-)

Since no1 really reads the rules it's time to force implement them.
Now we gonna set a limit to two downloads per person at the same time.
In the testing you might experience some site problems.
Testing is scheduled for today and tomorrow.

Every user that will be caught downloading the same file in more than two segments will get permanently banned!

Today by night from 01:00 till 09:00 was the service OFF-line since the CPU fan on the primary server died.
Luckily it's cheap and it got replaced ASAP.

But still the problem with server load exists. We'll probably try to raise some money from our users for new server and if that fails just close down tv.isg.si since it's no use to have it when 90% of the users can't download

You might have noticed some server problems we have had recently.

Our community outgrew our resources. One or a couple of new servers would solve the problem.

Since we sponsor this project from our pockets and pay around 1000$ per month only for bandwidth to provide you this service for free, we really can not afford any more expenses.
